REVIEWS!!
#1 Evolutionary Wars: 4 stars
In Vaempires Revolution the story begins. In this after almost an apocalypse the world has changed a lot. It is not just the humans anymore. Vampires have revealed themselves and ended up with almost an evenhanded status with the humans. But it is not just the humans and vampires anymore either. Vaempires, beings like vampires, only more powerful have appeared, craving for vampire blood.. so how will everyone get on with the others?
I got very excited from the very beginning of this book. I thought: If you want to read a story about vampires that is not a ya paranormal romance story, I´d say this is what you should be reading! Definitely this is what a story like that should be like!" In the end I was feeling a lack of something of the story and hoped for a little more faster proceeding. But..
#0,5 Evolutionary Wars: 4,5 stars
...then I got to this prequel novella!! Which I loved! It gave me exactly what I had missed from the first book of the series. This prequel gives an insight to the relationship of some of the characters of the story in the series. After reading this I am once more very expectant and will start reading the second book of the series with vigor.
#2 Evolutionary Wars:
This book begins with a recap of what has happened in the story so far. Which immediately got me up to date, shortly but efficiently.
On this book the reader gets to follow two friends, friends of Cassie and Daniel and how they fit to the story. This series has been touching, daunting, exciting, sad.. I have felt a lot of different things while reading it. And I like it, it shows the different sides to the characters and the story, instead of just the one. It could´ve easily been written so that it would emphasize just the daunting side of the story and the world. And it would still make an excellent story. But all the other things makes it a complete tale of people and the world. And it is quite thrilling!!
I have not finished reading this one yet, but I have a feeling it will be my favourite!
