This is a new thing I am participating for the first time this month. The idea is basically this: you create a wish list of books you´d like to have. You get on a list so others can see you and your list of participators for the month. Then you might get books as gifts from others who are participating on the RAK that month. But you also have to do some gifting yourself when participating!
